Payment terms: the cutomers must pay 30% when they book and the balance as they arrive.
Deposit refundable in case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. 
If you shorten your stay, no refunding will be carried out.
Cash, credit card or transfer payments are possible.
Arrival: between 4 pm and 8 pm (After 8 pm, please contact us).
Departures: between 8 am and 10:30 am.
All our prices include a 10% VAT.
Tourist tax is additional.
